Taught the Eisenhower admin today and played the “I Like Ike” ad. My brain immediately switched to the Adlai Stevenson jingle, then “Vote for Kennedy,” then “Nixon/Lodge,” all thanks to years of listening to The Political Junkie segment on NPR. I miss hearing Ken Rudin and Ron Elving on the air.
