For those of you who know me, you've guessed that running isn't my thing. This morning's session involved me running 5km in about 32 minutes. The treadmill does pull you, so a real 5k would probably take longer, but I pushed through it without taking walk breaks, so I'm counting this as a win.

Got some sad news this morning. My uncle in the Netherlands passed away last week. Many fond memories, from him taking me to the Cruijff Arena, to having my first Heineken with him and my Dad. I hope that there's a life after this one, so I can drink and laugh with you again. Rust in vrede, oom.
One thing I'd love to know is how they design the internals for all these Lego heads? Must be an involved process.
