Continuing the tradition of Indie designing her birthday cake & me making it happen. (& yes, the candle is in backwards 🥹) I will never win a cake-decorating competition, but I will do this for as long as it continues to make my girl happy. 💛

Today my Indie girl turns 9. She loves “old” action movies (we introduced her to her namesake this year), & wrestling, & crafting weirdo creatures out of her imagination. She cracks us up with her stories & wit. She is joy & magic & sunshine, every day. I love her. ☀️
