Appearance-wise is an imitation of himself in humanity. A brutal amalgamation of the human identity conveyed by him.

A single oversized eye is bulging out of the torn open eyesocket with numerous pupils. The head has long messy hair on the right side of its face. The halo buried into the head of this form as well as the head itself merging into where the shoulder would be. His mouth enlarging on the left side of his face, with the teeth following suit.
Blood vessels trail around the fleshless arms which are connected to a crude mockery of the human torso. Multiple mouths are present on the body, as well as a gaping hole in the chest with the insides looking as if the flesh internally is merging together.

The Pelvis of the body quickly trails off into the 6 different tendrils you see on Bial’s actual form, the only difference being they twist around eachother making a tail like appendage.

Essentially how the nightmare went (without the small variations) was I would wake up in my room, get ready to go downstairs whether that be to sneak snacks or whatnot. I hit the stair way and hear in a weird melodic voice:

"Behinddd youuu~"

I instinctively bolt down the fuckin stairs, turn the corner to the hallway, start sprinting down it trying to get to the living room which was the safe spot and I get about halfway before my running speed slows, like I'm running in water.

I then turn around and see this thing sprinting at ME at full speed.

Anything it did to me I felt in real time, all of the pain. It sucked.

Further looking into the phone, it seemed the owner of the device managed to escape from that giant green monstrosity. Sadly it doesn't look like it lasted long as a group of these thing's seemed to have gotten to 'em. Further observations of this area show that the trees are similar to that of oak, and while there are leaves on the ground they never seem to grow back on the tree nor do the leaves disappear. Whatever this place is, it's theirs. Further observations required, Fritz's orders.
