Jfc the internet is making humanity stupid. So much crap on it. Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is NEVER used in paint thinners and removers, which are volatile organic compounds as hydrocarbons. (There are other removers but not even close to H2O2.) Plain water works better than hydrogen peroxide.

A super-duper fascinating read is Jim Bell’s outstanding book “The Interstellar Age: Inside the Forty-Year Voyager Mission”, about getting the two Voyagers launched and doing science for half a century. NASA’s Deep Space Network of super-duper antennae still talk with Voyager.

I’m partial to actual working dusters, which back in cowboy days weren’t as stylised as Hollywood has made them (which of course do look cool on film). Western US and outback Aussie dusters are the best. Still possible to find authentic dusters in working prairie and outback towns.

Nicolae Ceaușescu, Romania’s authoritarian dictator at the time and a fan of Maoist and Juche thinking, gave a speech on 21 December 1989. It was intended as a pep talk. Eight minutes of typical bullshit into his speech, the crowd turned on him with jeers and boos. Four days later he was gone.
