As for anti fascist. I think liberals identifying with that phrase ought to learn its origin, and emulate the originators a little bit instead of endorsing an ideology that promotes fascism while masking itself with a cold dead smile. (See below, image details available in alt text)
I guess a bit of bright news is I got this pin in the mail from Non-Compete :) so there’s that
Oh and uh, just in case you thought I was making up a person to be mad about or something, highlighted in red is where I pulled this example from. And yeah, their bio refers to themselves as a boomer and "army brat", so y'know :/
I've never interacted with this dude, blocked him purely based on his profile pic, but apparently he put me on this list? lol
Alright, now this is the part where I kinda get really perplexed. I only have so much room to type here so I'm gonna kinda blaze through this to the best of my abilities. Firstly, the statement that the "colonialist era" ended around 1948 seems completely incorrect to me? [9/?]
Now this section kinda also confuses me. It is GOOD to change the mentioned terminology, but as stated above, much of the original characterization of the humanoid monsters in this game has remained (plus the term tribe/band is still used to describe their social structure, etc). [7/?]
OSRIC 3.0 (the AD&D retro-clone) is pretty good so far, but I kinda ain't a fan of their side-bar about evil humanoids. It kinda reads as a bit... strange? I'll try and explain. The first paragraph of their side-bar opens with this statement. Now, I take issue with the highlighted portion. [1/?]
This area in silent hill 2 was one of the most unnerving things I’ve been shown in any game. You’ve spent the last half hour going down, miles into the earth, and you just enter this room like it’s nothing. A field of graves
Weird little tidbit from the AD&D DMG. This section is referring to NPC adventuring parties found in dungeons. I was always under the assumption that men-at-arms would never delve into dungeons at all, but the general implication here seems to be they are willing to, up to a certain depth!
Yeah it certainly is time consuming, but the end result is so cool. I think for me the association with old comics/RPGs might be why I find it so comfy. I think you’ve just made me want to buy myself some more ink n get back into it lol. I look forward to seein more of your work!
I cracked open this local beer and when I poured it into a glass… it’s green? And… tastes like unsweetened sour candy? What the hell is this?! Greenjack Juice?
There’s no way one of gods creatures could possibly pull a face like that
Oh and here’s a few pictures I took last fall out in the forest as well
A picture I took earlier this year of the forest behind my house
I do intend one day to track down a copy that has the removed Cthulhu mythos entry
Bought this years ago and it’s proven pretty useful in my current campaign. There’s a table near the back with extra info for clerics of each deity including colours, animals, and vestments of each deity
Post a random photo otherwise everything goes wrong in June (unless you don’t want to, then you’ll be alright) :3
The players in my campaign have taken to secretly drawing penises on the Miro board. I have been finding them on and off for WEEKS
Played d&d with a few friends over last weekend. Only took two pictures while drunk, WALL OF FIRE MY BELOVED
On the bus trip to Saint John yesterday I managed to doze off. When I woke up it looked like this outside and I had no fucking clue where I was. Thought I was about to have my own personal Jacobs Ladder experience.
Like, I just set this up in an evening, and like, it's more functional and easy to use than anything i've gotten from roll20 lol. Give me a fucking break
I may find some of the artwork lacking, but god damn some of it kicks so much ass
Also I don’t think I’ve ever posted my dog on here! Her name is pepper :3
