They created a distance. Not out of anger or malice; but born from the humble acceptance, that the people they loved deeply, didn’t or couldn’t, love them the same. It stirred within them-a gentle, unsettling. So they cradled it one last time, & with all the love, let go. @yogaservant
A spiritual woman isn’t always gentle. Sometimes; she’s the rain storm that cleans out the sanctuary, some got too comfortable neglecting or abusing. @yogaservant
Happy Tuesday. I’ve been away with the flu. Resting so I can prep for house hunting on the mainland Sunday through the next week. Taking time to fuel my body, heal, & lead with grace-vs powering through. It’s is so important to rest, ground down, and be the example. Love you. Honor your body. Xo
Some will tell you I changed their lives. Some will say I’m one of the best people they’ve ever met. Some will say I’m a horrible person. Some will say I’m the villain in their story. Believe them all. They got the version of me they either deserved, or chose. @yogaservant

Plant healing words into your wounds, in the same way you’d do for a friend. Build strength in your soul, the same way you would for a child. Form kind conversations in your head, the same way you speak to those you love. Your thoughts and actions matter most to you. @yogaservant
I know better than to raise my voice. I’ve done the math in my head on what it’s already cost me, & the therapy to unlearn it. I choose silence. It’s safe to carry. They’ll picked up the silence, & use it against me. I’ll be the villain. But I already know this. @yogaservant
Hot take: I hope not. Otherwise, I’ve determined growing as a person-mentally, emotionally, spiritually… is either unattainable or worthless. And I’m just not a quitter. I hope I change. We’re supposed to♥️
