2 days of work unboxing, setting up and labeling 86 AVoIP endpoints for a project. I’m so glad I wrote my own setup script so I didn’t have to do the setup by hand!

My trip was going too smooth so of course I had to hit a snag. 4 Dallas flights this morning got weather canceled. Best they could do is a 5:20pm flight out. Today is just lost >.<
Another PridFest in the books! I rocked a pride kilt this time and love it! My job was getting all our entertainers back and forth from the state to the green room and keeping the show on schedule as much as possible! Yote Uber in a golf cart XD

It never gets old taking an empty arena and loading in, running, and striking an entire robotics competition in ~3.5 days. One down, two more to go for my 2026 season!
Day 0, Field Build and team load-in day. Starting the day in a local openly queer coffee shop. Sad part is, next two days our calltime is after they open. I many need to sneak out and get my daily coffee 🤣

Yote.Tech now (finally) lives in a proper rack. For the longest time, the router, switch, and UPS lived on the closet shelf and the server lived on a TV tray! 😅 Next up is a plex server upgrade, some network upgrades, and terminating all the house Ethernet to a patch panel!
Happy Yote Moment: I got myself a 25U server rack (finally). Yote.Tech currently rests on a TV tray 😅. Dumbass Yote moment: the rack rails I thought were for the server are actually for the UPS, so I got to wait to populate it…

This weekends unexpected home repair? My water heater crapped out. Luckily the tank is still in decent condition so I threw in new themoststs, heating elements, and a new anode in for good measure. A service and flush was on my winter shutdown project list, it just decided to up the timeframe 🤣
Starting to really (finally) trust my 3D printer and try printing an ergo mechanical keyboard from the Cosmos generator. Probably need to do a cheep build to see if I really like it and what I want/need in a more final build
