What do you think about this kind of video report format for a Master? The Master gives me tasks, and I complete them; if I fail, there is punishment. Everything is documented on camera. I also have to talk through my mistakes, state the punishment out loud, and carry it out. Full is on my J4F
Sometimes it is hard to see the difference between punishment and training. So I must first say my Master’s tasks or my mistakes out loud, then say the punishment and do it myself. Everything is recorded on camera. This helps me learn obedience and become more aware of my submissive role.
