i cried before during & after, then again(pos) when i read all your kind messages of support 🥲 but i did it & now it is done. went to bougie beach cafe & ate massive plate of eggs, found lucky hagstone right between my legs in the random spot i sat in, & took the cute little train back to towncentre

i painted my pots and snandleholder!!

photo of 3 unfired, unpainted clay items that i made with my own two hands: a pot with a cute turned out edge, a tealight holder with slices cut out of the walls to let light out, and a snandleholder (snail candleholder)

the same three items now PAINTED!! the pot is a lightish red inside and out, the tealight holder is a dusky blue outside and kinda orangey inside, and the snandleholder has a pale speckly snail body and a rainbow shell and an enigmatic little smile. all the colours will be darker/more saturated once the items have been fired in the kiln! yay!

i went to a pottery class and made a snandleholder (snail candleholder)!!!!!!!

wow i'm so glad the UK online safety act is doing its job and protecting me from *checks notes* leaving feedback about my customer service experience at this furniture store

i like it!! little bit worried it would be too much for the entire room, but perhaps both chimney breast alcoves and the skirting/coving/door in this green and then a lighter green for the rest of the room? really looking forward to getting decision paralysis about this 👍

made the mistake (?) of talking about fic writing struggles in therapy today

a wonderful comic i drew in ms paint to fully illustrate the exchange i had with my therapist.
