Reform have taken to mailing out their nonsense. Using a torch, I could check without opening (others in my block have also received this last week). Apparently if you return to sender, Reform have to cover the postage costs.

I already own a #Mulberry binocular bag, that I snapped up for £3.50, about 6yrs ago. Also from a charity shop. Still not sure if it’s legit, but it has all the correct hardware for a mid 90s piece.
