Wait! Just realized I have Halloween art I should post! It's one of my favorite commissions. The artist had originally removed the texture from the background (was present in the ych originally) and I asked if I could have it back. What do y'all think? Better textured or clean?

The same bat winged equine looks back over his shoulder with a smirk trying at the corners of his mouth around the sword hilt. His long tail, almost thick enough to resemble that of a dragon, has a crest of dark mane running down it. Shadows cling to him like smoke as he prances forward mid-air, wings beating. About his shoulders is wrapped a gauzey cloak of dark silk, and around one foreleg is tied a black lantern that glows with blue ghostfire, an almost literal tongue of it guttering from the fire within.

Over two-thirds (68 percent) of faculty members in US colleges and universities held contingent appointments in fall 2021, compared with about 47 percent in fall 1987.

Nearly half (48 percent) of faculty members in US colleges and universities were employed part time in fall 2021, compared with about 33 percent in 1987.

• About 24 percent of faculty members in US colleges and universities held full-time tenured appointments in fall 2021, compared with about 39 percent in fall 1987.

• Most faculty members in US colleges and universities held contingent appointments across all institution types in fall 2021 (see figure 2).
