Im finally am under 200 lbs for the first time in 7 years. Im glad I try to cope with my sadness with gym rather than food, otherwise I would be in really bad shape. Now if only I can get my mental health to start matching my physical health. 🫠
FWA was quite a con for me. I wandered alone for most of it, but the moments in between that where I had the chance to spend a little time with old and new friends made it worth it. Thank you for everyone who gave me some of their valuable time, even if it was just a moment. 💙
Yeah I may make some self pity posts here and there which is very unattractive to some, but im still staying committed to taking care of my physical health (which takes alot of willpower in my case from years of bad habits and recent trauma in my life). 😤
Update: even though im mentally shot, somehow im still getting PRs. But I do push myself to the point of failure almost every set…and boy does that hurt (in a good way I suppose). Maybe thats my best coping method 😶.
TLDR: Vent/Journaling about my recent mental status but overall ill be okay.
