Chris shared with me some of the cars he printed up for Grand Prix Glory, and I think they're super. Here's my girlfriend (really!😂) in her Maroon Maserati, and the young lady in the blue number 9 is the great racer, Eliška Junková, one of the best female drivers ever.

This is a big game, literally spanning decades, and features weapons from all eras, from infantry rifles to, eventually, tanks and aircraft. And ships, lots of ships, big and small. Riverine, ocean going, whatever floats your boat so to speak. There's politics and even the chance for a royal wedding
And coming out very soon, the Super Double Top Secret Project I've been going on about for the last few months. It's big. Really big. 😮

I hope the poor fellow is okay, but in those days the chances weren't good. And the last picture has the final places, with me the winner (Yay me!), Adrian a close 2nd, Benoist 3rd, Diana 4th (not happy) and Parry Thomas 5th, with Grover-Williams burning fiercely in the background. It was big fun!
And downhill we go into the final hairpin. Speed is not your friend in this segment. Cars 2, 5 and 6 are NPCs driven by legends Robert Benoist (2), John Parry Thomas (5) and William Grover-Williams (6). Unfortunately for Thomas, his Delage 155's combo of speed and poor stability ended in disaster.
The cars are primitive placeholders until I finish printing better ones. I'm number 3 in pink, Adrian (my son) is in the lead in the yellow 4, and my girlfriend is in 3rd in aggressive red. But that changed quickly. As we go into the Carousel, I take the lead (ha!) while the rest bunch up.
Today's a holiday in Europe (Yay Allies!), so to celebrate my son and girlfriend and I had a game of Grand Prix Glory before heading off to the pub. It was an exciting race, set in the early 1920s at Nurburgring in Germany (because we're friends now). Here we go into the Adenauer forest.
Yesterday I was at the village store and they have a bench out front where people leave stuff they don't want. I saw these and I couldn't resist, I took them rather than leave them for a well deserving child. Wargaming made me do it, honest. But they're stackable! And I can print paper facades...😮
Hi, The second of the Top Secret projects has been released. It's not a wargame, it's a race game! It's Grand Prix Glory (sexy, eh?) and it's about those lovely cars from the 20s and 30s. 😍 The cover was done by my son, because nepotism runs rampant here at 4P. www.wargamevault.com/en/product/5...

Next up are Colbert (what a pity not Claudette), Comete, Le Crocodile(!), and Devastation (you have to say it French-like so you know it's not the Royal Navy's). We're also working on now TWO super top secret projects aside from the usual stuff we work on.
We have a mix of pre-dreadnoughts and ironclads. Here's Brennus, Carnot, Cerbere, and good old Charlie Martel. I so love Cerbere in all her turtleback beauty.

Hi everyone, I picked up some of these tiles at Pepco ages ago as a cheap solution for a hex mat for some rules I don't remember in the least (not mine😂), and while they paint up okay I'm at a loss on what to stick them to. I don't want to go to scary men in DIY shops, any ideas anyone? #wargaming

Next, and yes, in alphabetical order (autism, am I right?) are Almiral Charner, Almiral Duperre, Balny and Bayard. We've also been working on something totally top double secret. The secret thing is a new set of rules quite unlike anything we've ever done.

Hi, we've got two new models to share, one is USS Wilmington, a gunboat from 1897 with a funnel that is sure to stir the interest in all who like long ones. While a lot of girls go for the Insect Class or those dainty Chinese river gunboats, I've always had a thing for Wilmington, she's a beauty.
