Chefdeet has finally returned. Made charred halloumi + tomato sammies last night. Also made some roasted potatoes and ngl those potatoes were FLAMES, I couldn't stop eating them. The sammies were good too.

This was one of the most unique things I've cooked recently. Greek grilling cheese seasoned with shawarma spice. Cucumber, tomato, and shallot salad. And rice (it's under everything else) also seasoned with shawarma spice, and pistachios. Came out really well, would make again.
