You know what I really hate? Lazy storytelling. In most TV shows and movies today, they use characters exchanging text messages, which are often too tiny on the screen to make out, or are left on the screen only for a brief moment, too brief to actually read the text message.
Major storm in Quebec City today. Plus some unexpected visitors … 😉
Crazy weather in Quebec City today. Huge storm, then it got darker outside than even at night time, and eventually the atmosphere turned “Martian”. By late afternoon, the sky was blue again, not Martian, and the sun was out again.
Do you still believe everything Mark Carney says? Do you actually believe he’s putting up a fight for Canada? No, he’s in it for himself. No, this isn’t an endorsement for the conservative party, because that party’s completely disorganized, dysfunctional and ridiculous. Canada needs a new approach.
About 20 years ago, I had dinner with Neil Armstrong in Los Angeles. So, was I having dinner with Neil Armstrong or an alien?
J’ai reçu mes prothèses dentaires aujourd’hui. Le français québécois est la langue parfaite pour parler sans dents ou avec des prothèses dentaires. Cela améliore l’accent québécois. 🤣
Let me tell you the truth and nothing but the truth about things…
Yesterday at 11:07 AM, iPad and I celebrated our 16th anniversary.
This doesn’t surprise me at all. It’s not really a huge loss, given that most people today have very little of substance to say. And the younger generations, in particular, either speak in incomplete sentences, mispronouncing and/or using incorrectly even simple words, or simply grunt at each other.
This is the one and only way to deal with rejection professionally.
Quebec is the culinary capital of Canada. Like Julius Caesar, I came, I saw, I ate! Le Québec est la capitale culinaire du Canada. À l’instar de Jules César, je suis venu, j’ai vu, j’ai mangé !
I was enjoying my breakfast pizza at the restaurant, when suddenly, on the Quebec radio station that was playing in the background, my song came on! “Stardust Roads”, a song I wrote and produced to celebrate 60 years of Star Trek. Eating breakfast while earning royalties. That’s how I like it.
Ben oui, mais les Français ne savent plus parler français : ils parlent franglais. Au Québec, le titre de l'émission est La Voix, parce qu'ici, on sait parler français.
