July has been a crazy month at work. Clocked in over 250 hours already... 😅 But yesterday, I took a day off and focussed on some gaming. I had the project to master my 1st Sonic game on @retroachievements.org for a while. I did it !!! 😀🥳

I changed my c922 for this 2 years ago. It is really surprising all the tuning you can do to have a clean cam for the price. There are a lot of tools and tutorials online to support it.

2 weeks ago, I completed FF4 (FF2 US) for the first time. I had so much fun discovering the game, the music and the story for the first time. 10/10 I thought about it for 2 weeks and decided my next game will be Diablo 2. I never played it. Today will be the start of my very first playthrough 😱

I've been sick for almost 3 weeks now. I couldn't even play video games. This weekend was better. I couldn't stream, but I was able to play some games. After years of people asking, I finally tried @retroachievements.org and mastered SM64 over the weekend. It's really fun ! 😀

I've been sick for the last 13 days. Can't do much gaming because of the headaches... but I can spend some time cleaning and organizing my games. I did all of my 3DS games. It is such an amazing console! 🙂

The Dreamcast is such an awesome console! SEGA can say they ended their console era on a really high note. This made me find all the US Dreamcast games complete. I'm really proud of this full set. One day, I'll have all of these games completed like I did for the N64. 💪🔥

Today, I am doing a deep clean of a bunch of DS/3DS boxes. Most of them were clearly from video games stores and had price stickers all over them. I am making sure there's no sticker risidues left and I also use soapy water because I don't know they've been through how many owners before me... 😅

Enough with the fucking ragebait articles! We still love owning our stuff very much and I'll always fight for good old traditional video games!

Continuing a big job tonight. A collector asked me to clean and restore his N64 collection. That's 150 games to clean inside & out!

This weekend, I played Final Fantasy on the NES. This was my second playthrough. I went with the following party this time: - Blackbelt - Thief - Red Mage - White Mage Let me tell you one thing... the early game was a pain!! Good news is, I was so OP for the end-game!

Games I completed in February. I think I was craving some good old NES 😆

Day 28: Shadow Man Last game of my February Challenge. The only Metroidvania on the N64. A crazy good game with a lot of exploring and backtracking. All the lore and story is around voodoo magic. Search for serial killers in the underworld. Music is 15/10. One of the best game I ever played.

Day 27: Resident Evil 2 Almost timed that one perfetly! Yes, it's one of the best game on the N64. It's my first and only Resident Evil to this day. Still can't understand how it fits on a cart. A piece of art! A must-play for everyone.
