Last Friday I got to hang out with one of my heroes- the legendary HipHop pioneer, Masta Ace. The day started off with me sharing this painting I did of him, then he spoke to the students at my son's school and later, performed the cabaret version of his play w/his company. It was awesome.
Teacher friends- I am still available for virtual author/illustrator visits this school year and kids love them. If you are in New England or the tri-state area I am also available for in person visits.

For those following my Punk Taco adventures...I am on a quest to sell 1 million copies this year. I believe there is an audience but the reality of connecting with it is the big challenge. The first part of achieving this goal is selling out of the first print run. And we are getting close.
