The AF and @undp.org convened a stakeholder workshop in Seychelles this week, bringing partners together to strengthen collaboration on climate adaptation and highlight progress on a regional coral restoration project supporting resilient island ecosystems and communities. 🪸
🪸Day two: the AF team visited Mahé to meet Marine Conservation Society Seychelles & see coral nurseries in St Anne Marine National Park. Visibility enabled in‑water observations of science‑based restoration building climate‑resilient reefs. Next stop: Rodrigues & Mauritius.
AF has begun a project monitoring mission for its regional coral reef restoration project, implemented by @undp.org, in Mauritius & Seychelles. First stop: Nature Seychelles’ ARC facility, followed by coral nursery visits with SPGA on Curieuse Island. More PMM updates soon 🌊🪸
