A new spike on the old spike! I never cut the spike after it's done blooming. This is the 4th growth on the old spike (about 2 years old now). The plant itself has been more than 6 years old now.

This is not THAT map ... but the crashes all over Twin Cities as of 9 PM, due to the snow on top of very slippery ice this afternoon and evening from the quick drop in temperatures. It took me 1 hour 15 minutes for a commute that normally takes 25 minutes max.
You see .... a bowl of fresh fruit like this will cost you at least $20 at Erewhon!
