Once upon a time I gave Slack credit for having a big "AI Off" toggle that just shut it all down. Apparently that's gone now, and they've just turned on more AI bollocks without asking.

This is pretty straightforward for me lol. Once you've tasted decent consumer and employee protections it's real hard to look elsewhere. Combine that with the weather and anything outside California doesn't really appeal, but there are a couple of spots where I have dear friends where *maybe*...

I have accomplished one (1) holiday art.

A plate of gluten free sugar cookies in various shapes decorated with red, green, and white icing; and a variety of sprinkle types. The quality of decoration is generally pretty poor but a couple of them are pretty passable. They are arranged on a festive paper plate, and visible under the plate is a festive holiday tablecloth.

You can cherry pick if you want, but rates were up and down significantly in that period. Obviously you'd time refinancing to actually make a difference for you. Keep in mind that this was also a period of high inflation, meaning once you bought your payments in real terms dropped continuously.

I couldn't find a pretty chart that goes back farther, but housing as a ratio to income has been trending strongly upwards for many decades now.

In your scenario are the mixed traffic left turns happening from what would otherwise be an exclusive transit right of way? (Picture A) Or are the left turn lanes entirely separate from the transit right of way, controlled by signals? (Pictures B and C) I would argue picture A is not exclusive.
