Today's Farmer's Market haul. Farmer at one booth was bemoaning that he had no strawberries, because an elk had jumped his fence and eaten them all... Cherokee tomatoes, basil, and some ciabatta will create panzanella, an awesome salad if you have good tomatoes.
Today's walk - tally was 2 Great Blue Herons, an adult Bald Eagle, a juvenile Bald Eagle, and an Osprey. Plus many other birds.
Well, if we're showing gardens... my front yard vegetables (Eggplant, chard, onions, parsley (in bloom), rosemary, and asparagus)
