English politics is in such a mess. It really is time for Scottish independence.
I'd happily get rid of the royals, but can I confirm we are paying £180m per year so every one of them has their own palace or estate, and yet there is no place for the son of the king to stay? I've got a spare room, no charge. The royals are getting too big for their own boots and admiral outfits
If it's not Nicola Sturgeon's fault, I blame this guy.
Just a normal day at BBC Scotland, a picture of a masked man giving a nazi salute in the middle of Glasgow, has his face masked to avoid any embarrassment. Surely this idiot should be getting arrested, not protected by the BBC? And they were vastly outnumbered, where is the photo of that?
So how many of these noble people do you know? We are all paying for them to live in palaces. Serious money that would pay for hospitals and schools. www.hellomagazine.com/homes/860290...
The documents suggest Douglas Alexander was Mandelson's man and he was preferred over the (unnamed) choice of Gordon Brown. Scotland is a fiefdom to these people. I remember him standing like a eegit the night Mhairi Black beat him.
Yup, seems to trigger existential paranoid mode. I get a different raving.
It's quite instructive to learn some basic Swedish on Duolingo. Then you realise a lot of Scots language has roots in the Scandinavian language. Many linguists will support this view, Scots has its own unique roots, a fusion of Germanic, Latin and Scandinavian languages.
For those that want to wallow in the SNP being defrauded £400k, the BBC has gone to great lengths with a handy interactive slider of all the brands spent by the proceeds of crime. In very stark contrast to the lack of concern at a £5m gift apparently received by the man favourite be PM.
Lochnagar yesterday in the middle of the UK 'heatwave'. Just saying 🤷♀️ not everyone is melting. I'm not making a point about climate change, just pointing out that Scotland's weather is different, yet we get the forecast from another country.
Internecine assassinations will be suspended for a day of royal flummery. In the UK royal protocol trumps absolutely everything. Ruritania 2026. Is it too much to ask for a simple, straightforward democracy?
To think this lot were all asking for our vote 4 days ago. Time to get the lettuce 🥬 out.
There is a separate word for what in English would be 'light blue'. "Galazia"
The lord with 6 houses, 5 cars and 6 boats is standing to the far right. He clearly doesn't want his tailored suit touching the Green candidate. We don't know how many suits he owns, but I would guess it's a lot more than anyone else. He's actually managed to make the Tory guy semi relatable.
Channel 4 Leader's Debate, moment of the campaign so far. Offord says Sarwar says he's a racist in public, but claims in private he wanted to work together to defeat the SNP. If this is true, Sarwar's integrity is shot. Who would vote Labour to get Reform?
I see the king grifter went 'country casual' for his pillorying by the good folk of Shetland. A photo of him in his natural habitat.
Guess we are going to have to agreed to disagree, here's the quote from the BBC article, he didn't outright say vote Tory, but his intention was perfectly clear.
Yes but you can offer advice to voters surely? Farage played a tactical game, got the Brexit he wanted without any MPs.
I went to their website - 95.2% (20/21) white presenters, UK populatoin it is 83%, and they sacked Sangita Myska - www.standard.co.uk/showbiz/sang... Not quite the diversity of opinion
