Replaying the first Danganronpa game and Monokuma is such a camp icon. I think he's up there as one of my favourite video game characters of all time.
6. Most annoying character Tales of Berseria has a young child called Kamoana who not only has the most grating voice ever but repeatedly and forcibly inserts herself into the story for no reason whatsoever.
