Used to much more interesting...
A bit hard to photograph, but I'm loving the effect the sun is having on the new glass tiles..
Stripping all done. Polishing has commenced & I remain unconvinced that scratching it with ever smoother sandpaper is succeeding...
Finally started stripping the Paul Metalcraft cupboard... When I say finally I first saw this in my Mum's inherited shed about 30 years ago. It then became my sister's shed and 4 years ago the shed gave up & it arrived at my house. So yeah, finally..
Painter is back to do the hallway. Saw the kitchen wall he did in January in full sun. Can you tell he's not chuffed with the plasterer?
I got one of these a few xmas's ago....never has the phrase 'would you like pepper with that' been so much fun...
I was but picked this for the hall & kitchen because the hallway can get a bit dark...and it looks good with the blue. The living room will be wood effect...probably...eventually.
@dandyandafop.bsky.social In other news I has floor! It feels weird & every time I go into the hall or start coming down the stairs I scare the bejesus out of myself.
And behind the kitchen door... oh, currently down to one temporary spotlight. Asked for 4, I'm getting 5 for, reasons...
Progress so far. It's not quite what I wanted but it's very well done & more than acceptable....I knew I should have done drawings...
President Lightly Salted - a French butter, for their spreadable version they just added more cream...
Ours has a French Chateau & the remnants of the Antonine Wall, not bad really 😊 #CallendarPark
Not a clue but they obviously got a discount on hanging chairs & disembodied heads as well as not-shutters.
New sofa arrived & I'm having a moment of 'wait, I picked this!?' You definitely sit *on* the new one as compared to sitting *in* the old one...which is why I needed a new one. I'm sure my joints will thank me eventually. Wonder when it'll stop feeling weird..
