Sherman deep wading kit, design is 99% finalised, just going to add some sacrificial tabs to the lower funnel parts, so it prints perfectly. Parts will be fully 3D printed, rather than part resin, part Photo etch metal. Will be available in 1/35 & 1/48 soon.
Rear section printed out after adjusting the supports. All parts fit perfectly, and friction fit together nicely. These are pre production, and I’ll need to add details before the design is complete. Still bloody happy with how the grills have come out!
Work in progress, Sherman Tank deep wading gear. The majority of the work is done. just need to add fine details etc, then test print. Quite happy with the mesh, that's a first for me drawing that, so learnt a new skill doing this one. looking at 1/35 & 48.
RAF type B bomb trolley, printed in 1/72, 48 & 32. Come out perfectly, not bad for a couple of hours drawing.
Type B bomb trolley WIP, need to add a few more details, such as tie rods, nuts and bolts etc, but its nearly ready for a test print.
Lancaster seat test prints! 1/72 & 1/48 prints compared to their respective Airfix 1/72 and Tamiya 1/48 standard kit versions
Lancaster ‘Window’ dispenser done, and control column and yoke work in progress. Need to add the brake lever.
Well these have come out perfect!! 1/48 paddle blades for the HK Lancaster Mk1 kit, to convert to the late Mk1 or Mk3. They should be available very soon!
Redesigned the hub to hopefully fit the HK kit, altered the connecting part to make it thinner to fit in the spinners, without having to modify them. Just need to test print later on.
So after slightly altering the profile of the propeller, these have printed out perfectly! I’m now going to alter the hub slightly so it’s fully compatible with the 1/48 HK Lancaster to make it Mk3 compatible.
Did a test print, in some parts of the trailing edge, the print was a little too thin and caused slight waves, so thickened it up slightly
Edited the hub of the 1/48 Lancaster paddle blades, and also altered the tip of the blades so they're slightly more rounded.
Another brand new design, 1/48 paddle blades for the Lancaster. Deffo need to test print this, I may print the hub and blades separately, and make a pattern so they fit correctly.
Brand new design, Mk3 500lb A.S (Anti-Submarine) bomb Available now in 1/72, 1/48, 1/32 and 1/24 Global shipping is available. ebay.us/m/vjVxB6
Done! need to do a test print, but I can't see any reason why it won't work. Once the test is done, they should be available in 1/72, 48 & 32, and if it fits, 1/24 too.
Then modified the bottom to make it look like it’s got some weight in it.
Redesigned the tyre as I wasn’t happy with the tread pattern, gave it more period pattern.
Update on the RAF Type C Bomb trolley, wheels, rear axle done, Just starting on the front axle.
