What books do y'all recommend on secular witchcraft and Secular / Humanistic / Naturalistic Paganism? I bought Atheopaganism by Mark Alexander Green. I haven't read it all yet, though I've looked through it and it looks good!

Those taking Aimovig, how long did it take to see a reduction in #migraine days? 💉 I just took my 2nd dose today, it's still early to see results. My doctor said it could take 3 full months. I know someone who took 6 months. It usually takes me a long time to respond to all meds, if I respond.

I got my book for book club in the mail! I don't think I'll start Meghan O'Rourke's The Invisible Kingdom: Reimagining Chronic Illness tonight, I'll probably read more of Bury Our Bones in the Midnight Soil by V. E. Schwab. It's so good! When I start Invisible Kingdom, I'll be reading 13 books. 😂

𝘐𝘤𝘩 𝘩𝘢𝘣𝘦 𝘔𝘪𝘨𝘳ä𝘯𝘦. My new Deutsch word of the day is 𝘔𝘪𝘨𝘳ä𝘯𝘦. I figured since I usually have one, I should learn how to say it in Deutsch, instead of always saying "𝘐𝘤𝘩 𝘩𝘢𝘣𝘦 𝘒𝘰𝘱𝘧𝘴𝘤𝘩𝘮𝘦𝘳𝘻𝘦𝘯," when a 𝘔𝘪𝘨𝘳ä𝘯𝘦 is so very much more than just a 𝘒𝘰𝘱𝘧𝘴𝘤𝘩𝘮𝘦𝘳𝘻𝘦𝘯.

It's a new moon.

My #FND has been getting progressively worse for 2 months. I want to attend more online FND Hope groups, they are so helpful, but my #bipolar has me isolating. I plan on attending and then don't. FND is so stigmatized, so shrouded in shame, and such a very lonely thing to navigate alone.

My #FND dizzy spell got a lot worse when I was outside. I had a hard time walking across the yard & getting back inside. It's bad enough to know cause mild nausea. I think I'm going to put on some soft music and lean back in the recliner. I did take a picture of me outside that looked cute, though.
