We are so proud our game Match Tree is being part of the „Games Composed In Germany“ event on Steam. We are seeing a real peak in wishlists and demo plays which makes us very happy. Check out all the awesome games: store.steampowered.com/sale/Games-C...
Finally my animation set is complete after switching to Spine2D in my Godot game "Match Tree". (made only a quick gif) Implementing it was a bit painful but working in the animation was kinda fun. A bit frustrating as there is nothing really new for the player. store.steampowered.com/app/3010870
It’s based on Iniana Jones coming out of a manhole in Venice. I don’t know how it happens but I used to make pictures of all kinds of places posting them with the text „Ahhhh, Venice“ And I still giggle when I do it.
YEAH! The sheep is back 🐑 I switched my animation system to @esotericsoftware.com Spine in @godotengine.org and after some ups and downs my sheep has new bones and can breath again. I love it! It's for the game MATCH TREE. Dem is out on steam: store.steampowered.com/app/3010870
First time since over 25 years I decided to work on a bike. This was the first bike I bought. Before I build my own. But now the chain broke because the gears are worn out. I will try to build a new system including the inner bearing. Wish me luck.
Hihi. The facial expressions @datgestruepp.bsky.social made for our characters really pay off. (blinking is done procedurally in engine, so this here looks a bit "staring you to death") As someone coming more from a puppeteering, rigging and procedural background, this approach makes me very happy.
🥳Woohoo! After wading through the morass of getting Spine from @esotericsoftware.com working with the runtime in @godotengine.org in my game (had to change the whole animation system), it's so much more fun to work on animations. I love the transform constraints! store.steampowered.com/app/3010870
I love when you get so close you can see the veins and little hairs.
I'm currently evaluating changing the animation system in my @godotengine.org game "Match Tree". Not sure anymore if I make progress or not. I feel a bit headless here.
Our witch looks so realistic with DLSS, right? 👁👄👁 store.steampowered.com/app/3010870/...
Now I can play Zelda Wind walker with the best controller of all times!
If you like this flower, you might also like the flowers in our game „Match Tree“ store.steampowered.com/app/3010870/...
Thanks to @datgestruepp.bsky.social we begun working on a new animal for Match Tree: The HAMSTER. Thanks to the proxy transforms in @godotengine.org it becomes wiggly with minimal movements. What do you think the hamster will do in game? You don't know the demo? store.steampowered.com/app/3010870
Marienkäfer. What’s the name in your mother tongue?
Had a visitor this morning. I’m so ready for spring!!
I added two new features: Undo and adding suns for long matches. And now I created a time loop paradox. I'm not sure if this is causes issues. As I'm treating my demo a bit like an early access version, I will push this the next days to see what people do with it. store.steampowered.com/app/3010870
I had an idea to connect more game systems. When you match now more than 3 plants you get sun energy. Each tool usage costs one sun. So now you have one more layer of consideration when matching. Do you need the space, the matches OR try to extend your tool usage? store.steampowered.com/app/3010870
