To encourage our patrons to log their SRC reading minutes, my extremely talented coworker made a “fossil dig” display in our branch that gradually revealed a whole skeleton with each progressively bigger minute goal. Well, we just met our goal of 250K minutes, and the whole skeleton is now visible!

Awhile back, I went into reading this book expecting an account of the Business Plot, and ended up getting a much broader, historical understanding of American imperialism that’s depressingly relevant today. Definitely recommend! #booksky
