When the Supreme Court issues its 6-3 rulings, I think I can imagine Poland-Lithuania in the 18th century, watching Sejm after Sejm allow one aspect of the Polish-Lithuanian Constitution (the Liberum Veto) to thwart the rest of the Consitution from protecting the country from collapse. /sigh
