A WIP/Preview of tomorrow’s new post! Dotting this Phantom Ruby is a bit of a challenge, but I’m going to do my best to pull it off!
Hey, everyone! For the Sonic Art Exhibition artwork, should I go for my usual 3D rendering art style or something like the pointillism style? I’m super excited and motivated, but I don’t know if we can submit more than one art piece. Whichever style I do, I’m going to give it my all!
Thinking about it, it would be a fun surprise to have Carrotia and the rest of the “Witchcart Crew” show up in Sonic Racing CrossWorlds in a future DLC. It’s highly doubtful, but I think it would be a fun idea!
For this one, I wanted to replicate the iconic Classic Sonic illustrations that featured each character with their respective vehicles from the ‘Sonic Drift’ Game Gear games.
I don't think my artwork would be where it is without this franchise to inspire me through its beautiful environments, awesome character design, fun storytelling, and amazing music. Thank you, @sega-west.bsky.social & @sonic-official.bsky.social 💙🦔
Today is my 36th birthday & Sonic's 35th anniversary, so I wanted to share this picture from back in May when setting up my new desk. I've had this wall set up since my teen years and it's been growing since. It's a reminder of one of the biggest reasons I got into art as a kid 30 years ago.

Sonic the Hedgehog is my absolute favorite thing ever and Mariah is my childhood favorite singer. So I figured this would be a fun idea! However, after this image resurfaced recently, MAYBE I wasn’t too far off? It’s supposedly from 1998. But if it’s real, that’s a plus! 😂

2) The character in Mariah’s arms is a Christmas themed one I created in 2023 called Lambellyn (named after the Lambily) who transforms into a Christmas magical lamb girl called Merry Bell! M.C. is also seen holding lamb plushies, so I thought this would be a cute idea. 🐑💖
1) The Hello Kitty x Mariah Carey illustration was inspired by two things: A) the Bruno Mars collab with Hello Kitty B) This one cute video of Mariah being escorted backstage by a Hello Kitty mascot & her love for the character! I still hope we get a real collab someday! 🥰
