For the love of God Guardian, is this really the picture you went with to illustrate the new PM deciding to work in Manchester? Perhaps a nice picture of the new headquarters, the PM heading into work, or even a whippet if you want to go with the cliches. But no, armed response unit.
As you can see, Berry cat has a very particular view on cars hitting people. Plus bonus baby pandas picture, because who doesn't need more pandas in their life? (And sorry about the accident, sounds painful)

It's too hot to knit my huge jumper, so have raided my stash to find something smaller to knit. Look what I found, Pom Pom wool! Just working out how you knit with it.
Fabulous sunset over the Forth this evening as I head back from a day trip to Edinburgh.
My local strawberry shack had some white strawberries for sale. Not as sweet as the usual red ones but very fragrant and more like wild strawberry in flavour.
Last week was tough going and next week is looking rough, but gorgeous Bank holiday weather and found this on my walk. A bank of bluebells to remind me quite what fabulous place I live. Possibly saw a buzzard, (definitely a bird of prey, just not good at telling them apart!)
I've had a lovely few days in Berlin, but looking forward to sleeping in my own bed. Going back to work tomorrow, possibly less so. I much prefer this Spre(e).
No, this is not a prototype of a dalek, it is a musical instrument. Some sort of trumpet and we think it translate to container trumpet. (From the musical instrument museum in Berlin, well worth a trip!)
Watching Crufts. It's window shopping for a dog lover who can't have a dog. But someone is not amused and is reminding me that a dog is not an option.

I'm normally a 'go into the office to work' type of person, but very pleased I decided to work from home today. Brr.
Hope you can see this, but really strange cloud formation over Fife. Can only assume that while Dundee and the North Fife coast are bathed in sunshine, it's foggy just over the hill. Or sign of bad weather approaching?
You can see this amazing house from Craigtoun Country Park. A quick Google suggests it used to be the old maternity hospital for St Andrews. Can't believe somewhere like this, so close to St Andrews, is derilict and hasn't been converted into a posh hotel.
So far today we've had blue skies, wind, rain, mist and finally this as a sunset.
I did not know this. Every day is a school day, as my colleague used to say. (You can find out interesting things at the McManus in Dundee and it's also an amazing building.)
We also went to Anstruther, another place with fantastic views (and a rarely sighted older brother, enjoying playing on the stepping stones)
Crail in the East Neuk of Fife really is a stunningly beautiful place. Can also highly recommend the Gallery tea shop, with most amazing views.
This is my cunning plan. Local History Society have produced an escape room style puzzle pack. 😁
I have been bought a jigsaw puzzle for Christmas. I like a good jigsaw puzzle but this is going to be a tough-y.
Remembered to turn off all the various alarms, looked forward to lovely lie in; forgot someone expects her breakfast on time and hasn't grasped the concept of a day off.
Hands up, who wants to see wildly over the top Christmas decorated hotel entrance. Ok, here you are. Also, where did they get those candelabras from, because I've been looking for one like that for my living room.
