This is a constant disagreement in our household. Alan claims deprivation of treats, I say he's only allowed them if he's not thrown up on my rug (or foot as it was last week) that day. As you can see, he is just skin and bones.
I assume the role profile has been totally updated, because these were definitely not skills required by previous role holders!
Today in Cardiff I saw seagull cannibalism and then saw Self Esteem. I only took a photo of one of those two events.
Just a heads up, replying in a weird accusatory tone like this about a silly post about my absolutely adored and pampered cat, is an instant block. He's 15, he's a rescue, and he's perfect. I just don't enjoy being thrown up on!
One of the many reasons English people should have friends from other countries, especially places like Wales and Scotland, is we are very familiar with our team losing and don't need a whole, front page, top news story on how to deal with our sports teams losing.
Champions Cup draw is gnarly. But... if we get Northampton and Stade away I get an excuse to visit my besties and be enemies with them for the day, so that'll be fun!
Probably this, given how important it was both to rugby union and global politics
Totally forgotten they'd filmed Death Valley at Insole Court! They had to redecorate bits of the mansion for it and until recently some of the wallpaper was still there. Thankfully the outside of the mansion has recently been cleaned and looks beautiful again.
Went to see Jinkx Monsoon in 'End of the Rainbow'. I didn't know her before going, and it was a good performance, but someone really needs to tell the production team to cut about 30 mins out. A 2.5 hour play, plus interval, is far too long.
Saw this on threads. Who's going to tell her the way to just BE in London is doing things like going to work, or to Big Sainsbury's/Tesco, or taking the bins out. My biggest hill to die on is you should be a tourist when you to places you don't live. No way anyone has done all the "big things" here
I was in Tenby last week and genuinely surprised at the number of businesses that had the same ridiculous 'cash is king' sign. Aside from it being untrue (all banking comes at a cost), I associate it with conspiracy theorists about the government tracking your movements (rightly or wrongly)
Have you ever seen a baby moorhen? Because they are the most goth baby birds ever!
There's no better way to take your mind off election results than going to the Queer Robot Fighting League, hanging out with lovely people, and watching silly robots fight.
Locally Labour are trying to politically point score by putting this out today. Not realising the chutzpah it takes to sling mud when this man was working for the Labour Council at the time. Polanski won't do anything about it. I'm sick of it all. The last week has been absolutely exhausting.
This would be so great if the last two games of the season weren't against the top two teams in the league 🫠 Five points across two matches means we're in the playoffs, but that won't happen so we're reliant on other results going our way. Good. Great. Lovely.
This poor brick looks tortured 🤣 Very excited to learn how to garden and grow a little wildlife oasis.
Huh. Who knew just 5 years and 8 months, we'd finally know the solution to this:
Some days he's just so sweet and cuddly and others he trips me up with a mug of tea that I throw over the rug and hit my head on the door. Some days, that's the same day!
