The fruits of my labor! I'm exhausted. These are koupepia. They contain rice, ground meat (beef and turkey), crushed tomatoes, onion, garlic, fresh parsley, and various spices. Now we feast!

These are koupepia. Stuffed vine leaves filled with rice and ground meat with various spices. They are covered with some crushed tomato. Fresh out of the pot.

Saw this on my local neighborhood posting board. 😂

Today I made my own version of Tom Kha soup (VERY NOT traditional).. and I added tteokkboki to it. It's delightful.

Bowl of soup in a black bowl with a black spoon. It is a very anglisized version of Tom Kha. There is green cilantro on top and some tteokkboki peeking out from the creamy looking soup. The creamy look is from the coconut milk.

Little miss Cleo loves her new couch. I love it too, but I had to rebuild it twice cause the instructions suuuuuuck.

Tortoiseshell cat named Cleo sitting on her new small couch made of really sturdy fabric and plywood. It has a real Scandinavian feel to it. It was a pain in the dick to build.

Just built this giant cat tree for the party of cats I have. It's pretty nice and sturdy. Recommend. The cats like it. I have bruises all over my body, and I broke three nails during the build. Worth it.

6 foot tall cat scratching post with two hammocks, two caves, and a couple perches, and a bed all the way at the top of it. There are also three hanging toys.

I'm excited to say that I'm adopting these two little girls. A bonded pair today. I'm freaking giddy. I hope they get along with Cleo. Currently, the top one is named Cali, and the bottom one is Sweetie. I will probably change the names. Maybe Caliope and Stevie. Still workshopping it.

Dinner was panko-crusted chicken breast on a salad. It was delicious and juicy.

For my birthday, I got to see the "Walk for Peace" monks right here near where I live. They are staying the night just down the road. Here are a couple of pictures. I'll see if I can post a video as well. They were resting just down the road from where we stopped.

On the White House website in the Major Events Timeline, the propaganda team added: The Bill Clinton Scandal, Muslim Brotherhood visit during Obama's term, Cocaine discovered with a picture of Hunter Biden passed out in a bathtub, and Trans day of visibility during Biden's term with a topless woman standing in front of the White House. Nothing like a little propaganda to start the day.
