I'm in awe. This book from 1942 encourages a recycle and renewal approach to garments from world war 2, Nothing was wasted! I think during these economically trying times, especially with the environmental impact fast fashion has on our planet, we look to the past to inspire how we move forward.
It has been a really rough week. Having to be on crutches for my ankle and then my chair snapped. I don't know what I did for the universe to give me cursed levels of luck 😩
This was a 20 minute work out and an hour walk to the store and back. I live on a 35% incline of a hill and I almost got home before my heart peaked at 173 BPM and I had to sit on the curb. New goal - Hills shouldn't kill me.
