Hand surgeon, Costco, and dispensary all before 1030 today. On LOA from work. Costco caught me on a nice day and I upgraded my membership last year; I was kicking myself a bit but it’s mighty fine getting in the door before 10, days before a winter storm. Surgery is a last resort to fuse this:
