Ochazuke, which literally translates to "submerged in tea," is a wonderful way to use up leftovers and pair savory, umami-rich flavors together! This dish is typically made with leftover rice, salmon, and green tea. Popular teas to use include Sencha and Bancha!
Thai tea is a fun, tasty tea-based drink combining Ceylon tea, spices, and sweetened condensed milk. You may have had Thai tea before at a Thai restaurant, but it's actually pretty simple to make at home! Thai tea gets its signature vibrant color from the addition of safflower.
