A strange, extraplanar creature, clad in armour and a purple and green brigandine. His gauntlets are clawed and glow eerily. His face is hidden by a helmet and petal-like hood.

This is Sir Flatwoods, an Oath of the Watchers Paladin.

An eldritch figure clad in armour, that is cloaked by ruby tinted wings. Their gauntlets are clawed and glow an eerie red. He has feathery antennae and fluffy shoulders.

This is Sir Moth Mann. He is a Light domain Cleric, and his deity is LAMP.He can summon a swarm of moths to attack his enemies in battle.

Cantrips of choice are: Light, Sacred Flame, and Words of Radiance.

An image of a knight, half transformed by the hue of Mahavre. Parts of his form has been taken over by yellow scales and plates. He has blue pointed horns and sports a wing, talons, and a tail that has broken through his armour.

Beau is a Knight of Rondon sent to the Dungeons a lil after Rudimer was. He was studying something in the Dungeons when he opens the passages of Mahavre and is transported to the dreamlike ancient Mahavre. But instead of being taken back to where he read passages, he doesn't get transported back, he is stuck, lost in the city. There the results of his exposure to the effects of the Dungeons and of the strange hues begin to manifest. He eventually becomes the strange Dragon that is seen in Mahavre.

The design for Aria started out as a Weird Medieval Guy redesign of the CaveMother from Fear & Hunger. While writing weird medieval guy lore for her bestiary page, I stumbled upon some really good character backstory that I will be able to flesh out into a full character later.

The bestiary lore in question:

CaveMother (Aria)-

A creature of loneliness and yearning. It is rumored that she was a once a beautiful maiden who pursued her lover, a famed knight of Rondon, into the depths of the dungeon. Lost and exposed to the black, she succumbed to its corruptive effects. Her altered form is an amalgamation of the avian and the mammalian—arms twisted into wings, limbs sharp with talons, and a body capable of of bearing clutches of eggs. The only semblance of humanity that remains is the maiden’s face, graced with an expression between serenity and ennui. She cries out in song for her lover, and the high stone walls render her utterances akin to a siren song. Human males are lured from the caves and dungeons above, and she finds the cure to solitude in the young that emerge from her newly-fertile nests.

Cave Gnomes (Aria's younglings)-

These younglings are by far the most endearing creatures to have emerged from the depths below the Dungeons. They wander freely amongst the caves and lowest levels of the prisons above—perhaps clueless to the danger that the realm around them presents, or assured that their kin will rise to aid them if they call out. The small beings babble in an loose approximation of human speech, but do not possess the vocal anatomy to form words. They are not likely to initiate attacks against those that visit their caves. However, they are unfamiliar with their own proclivity for causing harm, and their penchant for gnawing on and playfighting amongst themselves many translate to bodily injury or infection for those not of the caves.

🌒🌕🌘Claire Ephemeris-Garland Profile: artfight.net/character/6347243.claire-ephemeris-garland

A reference sheet of a Kalashtar warrior-Bard character with freckled skin, wavy maroon hair, and amber colored eyes. She is dressed in armour of golds and bronzes with neoclassical drapery and sandals.

She hails from the isle of Ithaca, and studied under Odysseus and the Gods alike. As such, she's an adept at stealth and persuasion. What sets her apart from the other Kalashtar, is the fact that instead of a Quori spirit, she became a vessel for a weakened Phoebe, the Goddess of Fear and the Moon. She is Transfem.

Claire is a past life of Trelle, and was wed to Atreyu Garland.

A reference sheet of an armoured tiefling character with crimson skin, wavy auburn hair, and glowing purple eyes with black sclera. He has elongated, semi-digigrade legs with two toes (think X-men's nightcrawler), a sickle-tipped tail, dark maroon horns and downturned cow-like ears.

Veritas is a result of Atreyu's (see next character link) deal with and subsequent possession by the demon prince Demogorgon. The influence of Demogorgon on his physiology turns him into a Tiefling. Within Veritas, Atreyu is locked in a constant battle with the demon, he is never fully himself as Veritas. When possessed, his alignment is Lawful Evil.
