I tapped into a secret ADHD flow today. I have to be patient while baking bread, and I have to be patient while layering watercolors. So today I did both; painted while I waited for dough to rise and vice versa. Feels so good 🥰🥰

Picture of the focaccia I baked today! It's golden and fluffy and it's cut across the side so we can see lots of air bubbles which made it very springy.

Eu tô fazendo curso de lettering né aí a gente tá usando guache e eu estou penando pra me adaptar à mistura de cores mas fora isso tá bem legal

and here's a full res closeup of the scanned piece, I really love getting lost in all of the tiny little texture that the ink and the paint create on the canvas. :)

an extreme closeup of the piece described above; you can see my brush strokes, textures created by the watercolors, a few of my mistakes, and you can also see how the blob of white paint I used to highlight the eyes cast a shadow on the eye. I really love looking at very very closeup artwork.

it took me so long to play around and have fun with inverted symmetry rulers but they really are all the hype ehehe

Meu amigo pediu pra eu customizar uma carta de MTG dele

She would sit on top of us and purr when we were sick, she'd climb on my lap and lick my tears when I cried, and she would groom absolutely everyone in our household - including our dog, and our eyebrows if we got close enough.

I've been reading a lot about palliative care yet nothing could have prepared me for how much this hurt. A piece of my heart is gone with her, and also I feel extremely lucky I got 14 wonderful, healthy years with my soul cat.

My friends, Misty has left us today. Her body was not responding to treatment and we felt it was time to let her rest. We did all we possibly could to keep her comfortable and free from suffering, and she went peacefully in my arms.
