Had a lot of fun marching with a bunch of other trans people at pride yesterday. Would do again.
And all sewn back together. I just topstitched across the whole area. It doesn't look as nice, but it beats ripping out the lining.
New loop tacked in. Trying ribbon instead of paracord this time. We'll see how it holds up.
Not the first time I fixed it. Different spot, but I resewed all the paracord loops around the top using a different method. And now it was the lower loop's turn to fail.
Crow stole it... (As a reminder in case I too forget where I put it because I like putting things in clever little spots then forgetting what clever little spot I put it in)
Today's my 6 year HRT anniversary. Seems fitting to celebrate by adding the finishing touches to this dress and finally trying it on. It looks good. I look good. Doesn't mean the last few years have been easy, but this year feels like one where I've built better friendships and community.
