A bit of a bittersweet update: I have said goodbye to my triangle piercing. It was getting quite uncomfortable with my larger 🫘 and once I took it out for surgery, I knew I wasn't going to put it back in. Weird going without a piercing I've had for over 15 years.

Surgical recovery is going well, hoping to be back in action by next week. For the curious, my IUD broke containment and they had to do laparoscopy to retrieve it. I have a new one now, hopefully it will stay put. Much gratitude to the generous folks who sent gifts!

Heading in for a bit of unexpected surgery today. I'll be out for at least two weeks, but possibly longer. Any gifts via Cash App or Doordash are much appreciated during my recovery. Pib and I get to be surgery buddies this year. Wish me luck!

Now that my 🐱 is healthy and back on his feet, I have another cat in need of attention. I get my IUD replaced Monday which means I need to take a week off. 😨 Anyone want to come visit this weekend to help tide me over through the dry spell? 🥰

Rough weekend for my household. Our poor kitty Pib had a blockage that wouldn't clear up and we had to have a surgery for him to save his life. If anyone feels inspired to help take a bit of pressure off the vet bills, I would be very grateful.
