I went to retroachievements and saw this... Someone is apparently making a set for Tokimeki Memorial 2. I don't know if this means the English fan translation is nearing completion, or if it's just for the untranslated version, but I'm extremely excited for it all the same .

I finished the JPN version of Star Fox 64 today. The dialog & script is really interesting because the vibe is a lot different than in ENG. The JPN ver takes things more seriously, as if it's Star Wars (which makes sense since I think that was the original inspiration). Also, I like the boxart more.

Finished a Weird Route playthrough of Chapters 1-4 in Deltarune. Ready for Chapter 5 next Wednesday.

[Custom Robo thread] I finally finshed the first of two campaigns in Custom Robo v2 tonight. I love this game. Its way better than the first game, which was already great. Makes me want to replay the gamecube game again and see which Custom Robo game will be my favorite now...

Okay, the DK challenge is actually really fun. I like the idea of turning various nso and switch/switch 2 into NES remix style levels. ... the classic challenges are too easy, though

Decided to celebrate the season 2 announcement for Sonic Racing Crossworlds by finally getting into Legend rank It wasnt too bad except for when it sometimes disconnected after winning first place, right before it could save my points lol that was so frustrating.

And with Sakura Wars: In Hot Blood finished, that means I have just one Sakura Wars game to play and beat... I've been putting this game off for a very long time. Shin Sakura Wars for the PS4. But, I don't know when i'll start it. I don't feel like plugging in the PS4 tonight...

I finished Sakura Wars: In Hot Blood tonight. As a remake of the original game, I'm a bit conflicted. On one hand, the gameplay is far better in this version. On the other hand, the changes and additions made to cutscenes and story range from okay to really bad.

Tonight I finished Dramatic Dungeon Sakura Wars. Released as a final sendoff to the franchise as a whole until the PS4 game 11 years later, its clear that this was made as a celebration and it shows. Lots of love put into this rogue-like spinoff. This game is kind of amazing. One of the best on DS.

I finished Sakura Wars Story: Mysterious Paris tonight. It kinda feels bad to play as a point and click. Cursor is too slow, everything is a hunt for tiny pixels even if you're clicking the correct object. However, the writing is really neat. I enjoyed it a lot and overall liked the game.

I finally finished Sakura Wars V: So Long My Love. The game takes a long time to really capture my interest, but it gets a lot better! Overall, I think it's a pretty great game. I like 1-4 more but this is a solid game. Any moment involving Gemini are my favorite parts in the game. I love her tbh

The concert scenes are actually really well done in this game. Its a lot higher effort than one would expect tbh. Love their performances and how their stats can really alter how they sing and dance. Note: this game runs in 60fps but switch 2 only records clips at 30fps. Annoyingly.

My most played games on Switch/Switch 2 this year. Yeah, this tracks. I forgot I played Xenoblade X THAT much but it was nearly 100% so it makes sense. Almost more surprised that Tokimemo didn't pass 100 hours, since that was all endings.

Finished Sakura Wars V Episode 0. Yeah, about the same opinions as last night. Enjoyed the writing, and i really like Gemini Sunrise, but the gameplay can get pretty bad. It COULD have been really good, but its plagued with a ton of issues that other 3D action games at the time had already fixed.
