To help explain my Survival Mode Challenge for Cyberpunk 2077. Stream will be starting at 1 am Pacific Time on September 5th. OfficialMayDL on Twitch. I'll be getting more stuff set up for it over the next few days.

Survival Challenge Rules
1. We only have 3 weeks in-game time from the time we start Act 2 and talk to Takemura until we get to Act 3 and meet Hanako at Embers. We must talk to Takemura as soon as Act 2 starts, but the time doesn't begin until after we finish our conversation with Johnny.
2. V is a person who must consume food and beverage. They also must sleep.
3. Forced downtime in the game counts as resting. But it also consumes clock time. The only exception is when Johnny takes over our body. That time does not count against us.
4. We can't carry food with us. The exceptions are food we get from vending in our apartments, or soda. One meal in our bag only.
5. Fast Travel is effectively teleporting. We have limited Fast Travel access through “tokens” (self-imposed, made up item). We get 5 of these.
6. Alcohol, in game, has a similar effect to being tired. Every hour in the game we don't get to sleep in time, we drink another alcoholic drink. This is not considered food, but rather, a physical representation of exhaustion. Does not count against us. There's no benefits to drinking in the game.

My TTRPG System: Changing Channels Below are the rules for it. Literally all of them.

Changing Channels: A TTRPG in the land of TV
GM: The Director

Character Creation: Select a name for your character. Then order your 4 stats from the one you want to be your strongest to the one you want as your “dump stat”.
Pick up to 2 genres for your character.
Make a note of any abilities you'd like while in your home genres.

Brute: Aggression, Strength, Intimidation
Cunning: Smarts, Logic, Being Sly, Scheming
Charm: Social Influence and liability. Sweetness, humor, or emotional connection
Luck: Stumbling into solutions by accident or coincidence

Stats are not given numbers, but rather, priority.
Top Stat: Roll 2d6, take the best result
Bottom Stat: Roll 2d6, take the worst result

Other two are as is.

Ability Shift: If a character shows growth or promise in a stat, they're given the option to swap it up (and the one above it comes down). A success on your Bottom Stat allows you an immediate swap if you want.

Combat: Roll your attack using the associated stat you want to attack with. Fights are turn based, but not round based. They just happen based on actions.

Abilities and powers come more from the genre, not the character. The biggest rule here: Make it make sense within the show.

“Click”: If something feels like it's dragging on, or the group wants to change genres, just call “Click”. A vote is made. If all players agree, or if just the Director (GM) agrees, then poof! New genre!

1: Comedic or spectacular failure
2: A big blunder
3: Just missed the mark
4: Just barely made it
5: Pretty decent success
6: Massive Win

A genre (like on TV) that aligns with one of your character's genres grant them an extra d6 of Advantage! If the character would normally roll at disadvantage for a stat, they instead roll it without disadvantage. If they would have Advantage normally, they instead can reroll that roll, or add a third d6.
