This art installation (Nimis) is very impressive, but also feels seriously dangerous to climb around in.
Such an amazing concert by Brease, extremely glad I managed to catch it before leaving Poland tomorrow.
Excuse me, but why does this bed cost more than a medium-sized apartment?
Visited Malbork castle last week and found some neat firebacks!
You know what, schizanon, you are perfectly free to keep adding me to these lists
I would have been absolutely attrocious to socialize with and left the most pretentious body of work imaginable
We have already done this, only this time is about 1000% more stupid.
Ehm, does any WW1 historian know why French prisoners of war would be kept in Denmark?
I am so sorry for posting ai-slop, but I think I just stumbled upon peak internet-induced brain rot.
"Sorry gotta go, the French are knocking" sure is one of the ways to end a book.
Hey, @themerl.bsky.social, happy #InternationalUnsolicitedDuckPicDay!
I did it. I didn't have any aomonds, so ended up taking haselnuts instead. Also realised too late that full effect on my microwave is 100W higher than 80s microwaves, so all the honey just turned to a puddle in the bottom of the dish I cooked them in. Verdict: not amazing, but also not bad. 3/5.
This is an actual, honest-to-god cake. Actually kind of impressive, and with this amount of almonf and bitter almond almost guaranteed to taste a little bit like a strawberry and marzipan cake. Probably not gonna try it myself, but I am intrigued.
Several of these desserts are literally just [fruit-conserve with some topping placed in microwave]. Not bad, but not that exciting, to be honest. As someone who has never tried an apple pie I did not like, however, I am very intrigued by this apple cake that is really actually a pie.
Desserts! And we start with whole honeyapples. Basically just remove the core of an apple, fill with nuts and raisin, cover in honey and bake in microwave for 5 min, served with ice cream. Not gonna lie, sounds amazing, and I have everything home to make these so might actually give them a try.
If you want to make your breakfast scones in the microwave this book has you covered. They will be a little bleak, but if you want some darker colour you can just add some coarser flours.
It returns! 77 years later, using completely new technology, some new ingredients, and with a significantly less specific amount of cheese. bsky.app/profile/attu...
Returning champion garlic clams, served on bread. Absolutely recommended to make in the office microwave, I am sure.
After a few more recipes for omelettes and different egg-based sallads, we get these: Festive Vol-au-Vents (I think) with shrimp and hollandaise. I am not gonna provide their recipe for these, because they don't really provide one. You buy the parts frozen from the store and just thaw and assemble.
Realised that I should probably have included the recipe for anyone who want to cook soft and creamy microwave scrambled eggs. I hope you have a wooden fork.
