36 years ago, I found a lump. After the surgery, I was told the tumor was "hot". Waiting even a couple of weeks would've allowed the cancer to spread. That casual after-shower exam has given me an additional 36 years (and counting) of living. Men, examine yourself today.

It'll be a couple of months before the heat and humidity settle down in my neck of the woods. If I want to sunbathe, early morning is the time - like right now. Happy Monochrome Monday to all!
