CachyOS starts you off with "CachyOS Hello" which is baby friendly. The "Install gaming packages" will give you Steam and a bunch of other pre-baked stuff, including recent GPU drivers. I'm on an AMD card so I can't speak to how good the Nvidia drivers are though

One of my FC members found these little snowmen doing some environmental storytelling in Ul'Dah Steps of Thal. Starts at 10.7, 13 and ends at 11.3, 11.4. Just follow them around the Gold Court and enjoy the little story.
