Did I really order a 2nd flight of dark beers? Why, yes, that was me. Doubled up on the barleywine cause it was awesome plus more imperial baltic porter and imperial stout. I love this place!
Iwas worried about caramel fudge imperial stout would be too sweet, and it kinda is. But its still delicious

After over a week and several countries of 30c plus heat (40 in Budapest), we finally have nice weather in Prague.
Untapped is incorrectly labeling my check ins as dopplebock instead of their correct style. Happened twice now. This one is obviously a Tripel. It was delicious BTW
It's currently at the Leopold museum in Vienna. Great collection of art and furniture. Including this set which is beautiful but I'm sure it's very uncomfortable

A couple days ago we were at Plitvice Lakes. And absolute gem. Sequential lakes that cascade one into the next. Waterfalls everywhere
Croatia is a beautiful country with kind people. We've made it to Zagreb so now we can start using trains instead of busses. The shape of this forgotten building is beautiful
I found excellent beers in Croatia. One of the beers in my flight specifically used Necteron hops from Macs Hops. So of course I showed the bar tender rhe map of how close I live to them - 5 minutes I am reminded how lucky I am to live in New Zealand
We leveled up and talked to the black cat for our next quest. Wee had to talk to a lot of cats to find the right one.
Managed to find a craft brewery taproom in Albania. Sadly, all their beers are using the same base malt without enough variation or hops to make any of them remotely interesting. Sad
We're sitting in a very old wine cellar with an Albanian wine maker who doesn't speak much English. But we have wine and cheese and it's amazing
Found an excellent craft beer bar in Thessaloniki. 20 beers on tap with around 40% from Greece. Exceptional beer fridge too. Barb is happy
Kicking myself for trusting the dog. I am baking dog biscuits but got called away to talk to a builder. Pixie, the usually well behaved one, helped herself to about 1/3 of the uncooked dough.
