"A bit of motivation" reminded me of this that I drew to talk to a friend about my ADHD and not being a self starter. (Reworked from high school chemistry, though.)

I walked.

Yesterday, when I went for a walk, I felt like I was going to collapse after about 100 metres. Today, I managed to walk my full route without incident.
