As a 25-year Amsterdammer, I approve of this message. Every time I go to Utrecht (most recently to teach a course, this is a picture I took while unwinding afterwards) I’m often slightly astonished that I don’t go there more often (next time will be for the wonderful utrechtpride.nl !)

Nee, dit zou enkel van toepassing zijn op gezinshereniging voor vluchtelingen. Er wordt niet gemorreld aan de bepaling op grond waarvan Jettens partner nu al in aanmerking komt voor een verblijfsvergunning. Het feit dat het daar mogelijk blijft maakt dit voorstel zonder meer discriminatoir. 1/2
Helemaal eens met @rockandvulcan.bsky.social , maar hij hoeft niet naar het internationale recht te verwijzen. Het recht op gezinshereniging met een ongehuwde partner is verankerd in de bepalingen van het (reguliere) Nederlandse vreemdelingenrecht, al sinds eind jaren 70.
