Auch wenns komplett im Kleinen ist: 11 Tage zuckerfrei und täglich Bewegung (radfahren, Fusswege statt Nahverkehr oder Auto). Ich bin ruhig und zufrieden, ich trage gerade bewusst so wenig wie möglich zur Verschlechterung ökologisch wie zwischenmenschlich bei :) #ImKleinenBeginnts
